Tasks
Keeping it simple on the checklist this week
1. Class Connect Attendance: The tracker tasks have been given for a couple of weeks now with a lot of support provided. It is expected that you carry out the daily notifications. Instead of a group approach I will not be cluttering up everyone's checklist but following up daily with those not completing the required tasks as many are off, running and doing great with our new procedure.
2. Passing Rates: Check and document your current passing rates, set your goal and declare this week's action step to reach your goal.
3. Homeroom: Refer the struggling students you attempted to contact last week to FAST. Call 5 of your students. This is a very simplified version of the meaningful contact requirement but we're starting small. Please insure these 5 calls are documented in Total View in your Notes section.

Tasks
Please check of tasks on the checklist as you complete them. This is an accountability piece and items on this checklist are not suggestions they are tasks expected to be completed within the week. Please reach out for help to our leads if you do not understand a task or need help prioritizing how to fit everything in.
- Create your required auto dial templates. If you teach a core subject you will need two templates, green and yellow. If you teach a non tested subject you will only have one template, yellow. Required naming convention: Last Name_Color_Course
- Yellow Track System: There are a couple of different ways you can give your exit tickets, whichever one you choose you have to insure you can track your recording watchers. Part of our process we're going to be focusing on this week is checking every morning to see who was supposed to watch recordings and who didn't, those who didn't we send our yellow template out notifying them first thing.
- Missing Assignment notifications and follow up: Follow up with your students who are missing assignments.
- Tracker Tasks: When we get the tracker we complete the tasks on the checklist.
- Homeroom Tasks: We will be calling 5 of our struggling homeroom students this week as well as finding fun ways to celebrate 5 for doing great.
- Welcome Calls: We are down from 350 to 250, WOO-HOO! We, however....should have been done with this task a month ago. :/ So please take a few minutes to check the list for your name and work on getting the notes logged.
