New task is the Re-Registration K12 Training
•Assigned to all staff since re-registration is typically an all school effort
•Online training module- approximately 20-30 minutes
•Total training approx 1 hour to review docs, websites and online module
•Documents:
–Checklist- before, during, after your conference calls
–Scenarios- possible issues with talking points addressing concerns, links to parent trainings
–Parent resource links (parent recordings, k12start, Learning Coach University, FB page, more)
–Step by Step Guide to Re-Registration

- April 15th: The outings this month are going to be so fun! Jessica Brown and Paul combined efforts to create miniature golf outings. Check it out and encourage your students to come. Staff Assignments will be out this week. http://utvams.weebly.com/monthly-outings--activities.html _
- No PD in May.
- ILP's: The process and requirements are currently being developed by leads and counselors. We will have it to you this week to begin adding those into your weekly call schedules.
- This Friday instead of committee meetings we will hold school level SCRUM meetings. The SCRUM master for each school will send out an invite. The team members who have been participating will get them up to speed on what's being done with instruction. From there tasks will be divided up and worked on during this our to move this portion of the academic plan forward.
